I had a great experience with Lone Star Chevrolet. The entire process was quick, professional, and stress-free. After purchasing my Tahoe, the check engine light came on the very next day, and it turned out the EVAP valve needed to be replaced. Christian Gonzalez was extremely professional throughout the entire process and kept me informed every step of the way. Since the part was expected to take 1–3 weeks to arrive, the dealership even provided me with a loaner vehicle, which I truly appreciated. Thanks to Christian, the repair was completed in just one week, and I got my Tahoe back much sooner than expected. Excellent customer service and professionalism from both Christian and the Lone Star Chevrolet team. Highly recommend!

It was not a good experience. It was less than average 1. On the website when you schedule an appointment it asks if you need a shuttle service. The shuttle service was selected. When I arrived to the dealership, I was told that the shuttle service is not available on the weekend. I was not prepared to wait at the dealership for over 2 hours. 2. Upon arrival, I confirmed in person that my vehicle was supposed to receive a complimentary wash and vacuuming. It was not done. 3. The price quoted that was sent to me by text after the inspection was complete, was less than the price I was told to pay when I was picking up my vehicle. 4. After the inspection, I was quoted additional services that I may need for my vehicle. That quote did not include or mention anything about the obvious service warning that appeared on the dashboard of my vehicle. It appears they are trying to sell me expensive services that is not needed and didn't even mention the obvious one that is needed. I hope this does not happen to anyone else and I encourage everyone to be aware and question the information that this dealership tells you.

I purchased my grand wagoneer 3rd series from Laura if your looking to by a car go by there and she will help you. We were coming from work and we were not dressed the best but she came right up and assisted us when all the other people just sat there talking to each other. We didn't buy that day, just testing waters but we did return the next day and took my jeep home it is just beautiful ❤️🙏 thank you Jesus for the blessing

I had a 10:40 am appointment. I arrived 10:30 am. All 4 visible oil change bays were empty except 1 when I arrived. I checked what I wanted to be done at time of Internet scheduling. The Tire Rotation was to be free. They tried to tell me I was wrong. They then conceded. I told them I was in hurry for meetings at my Job. Last 2 oil changes were done in 40 minutes. At 11 they came to ask me questions I again said I had to leave. At 11:50 I demanded my truck back that there is no way possible an oil change and tire rotation should take that long. The service manager had a book of excuses. Do yall train in the art of excuses. So they completed the oil change but did not do the tire rotation. did not wash it as part of the package. I bought 2 vehicles from lonestar 16 months apart. No More. All service Work will go to Webb's Automotive.

Not sure what to think about this. I went here to get a piece for my seat replaced, and they told me I needed new brakes. I paid for the brakes. A month later, I went back because all of a sudden, my brakes squealed loudly. I paid the diagnostic fee, was told that the brakes looked good, and there was nothing they could do except apply brake squeal for an additional cost. I was shown the technician's report, which said my brakes were “soft” and that there was a “soft squeal”. I know that is not true. At all. Fast-forward to today: I took my car to Firestone, where I usually go anyway. They showed me pictures of my brakes and said I need to replace the pads, not the rotors. That caused the loud squealing. Also, my rack-and-pinion is leaking, and that issue was missed. So, here I am again. Paying $2550 for new brakes, rotors, and the leak when I just paid the recommended service at Lone Star in May.
