We got two new tires from them and after two week tires were damaged so they putying Chinese tire to tell those are Firestone tires which are not so I recommend to everyone don’t go there they are doing fraud.
View on GoogleWe got new tire(FIRESTONE) two months ago and tire was under warrenty when we back to their shop after week they took our tire and told us they will repair it.Then we went to shop back and ask them for our tire they told us many stories like their was in warehouse or tire given back to manufacture company and we went 20 to 30 times to theirs shop but they behave like they did not do any job on our tire's they harass us to much and did not listen to us.They put our phone call on hold for an hour and after that hang out our calls.In the end i recommend to people dont go there their services are not good.I attached some pictures of our second tire which is damaged on road so there is no nail truck was rolling good but suddenly took out from rim and called them many times but no response even i called to customer service of firestone and they said they have to call them but they are not doing i told them many times so kindly request we wste our $1500 with them and put new tires from other shop so thats the seprate charges so dont go over there for any service.
