Pulled up yesterday for an inspection, I was the only person there. As they started preparing and I was looking up my insurance more cars pulled up. Once i had my insurance I raised the phone up showed the guy. Waited about 15 minutes as they took care of other customers. After they finished an oil change and took another car without checking on my inspection. At that point I had enough of the poor customer and decided it was time to leave. Avoid.

The service is always friendly and speedy, making sure that efficiency is their target, which is always much appreciated! The inspection on my new car took all of 7 minutes to complete. Highly recommend stopping by if you ever need help!

View on GoogleZERO STARS! PLEASE READ. I came for an oil change back in January and left feeling like I had just been scammed. They told me I needed to do a flush since my oil was dirty. This all cost me almost $200. INSANE! I did reject that price and they agreed to reduce to $160. Now reading the other reviews I know this was a lie and they just take advantage of women. Fast forward to July, I wasn't going to go back to these scammers, so my husband was going to take care of the oil change. He could not remove the plug because they over torqued and wore off the sides. He spent 2 hours trying to take this thing off and was not able to do so. I went back the next day to have them remove it and 1.5 hours later they tell me that they're not able to do so and I should take it to Toyota because they didn't want to damage it. I spend another hour at Toyota but did not have time to wait another 2+ hours for them to take it off. So I head to a small mechanic shop and they are able to remove the cap and replace the damaged one. Deshannon also shared that they let the employee go who handled my oil change because other customers were reporting the same issue. I head back to Kwik Kar seeking reimbursement for my expenses to fix the damage they made in January and the owner was unwilling to speak to me and Deshannon said he was just the messenger and kept pushing other services. Of course I wasn't going to have them touch my car so I rejected the offer! A total of 6 hours and $225 was spent in fixing their mistake! I am 8 months pregnant with a 1 year old and work full time. I don't have time for this. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST REGARDLESS OF HOW CONVENIENT THE LOCATION. They overcharge and take zero responsibility for their mistakes.
