I went to this shop because I had an electric issue (parasitic draw) with my 2007 Mercedes Benz. I don’t like to leave bad reviews, however feed back was solicited. They ran a diagnostic and said there was no parasitic draw on the electrical system. The rear brake and turn signal lights were not working due to this draw. They said they would check it out. I also requested an oil change. 1. They did not check the lights because they told me they were working. When I picked up the car, the lights were the same as when I left it there. 2. The oil used for the oil change was not the recommended oil for the car. A 0W-20 oil that was not rated for the engine was used. I chalk this service failure to technicians not familiar with issues related to this particular vehicle and that a higher level of expertise is needed. I also suspect that they did not do any research on the grade of oil recommended for the vehicle. I also take responsibility for the fact that it is best to take your Mercedes Benz car to a dealership for electrical issues. The car is an older model and Mercedes Benz are uniquely problematic, with issues that oftentimes exceed the expertise of most technicians who are not trained on that specific make. Therefore I share some of the blame for this issue. So they get one star and I get one star.

I lowered my SUV and was recommended by social media groups to come here if I'm in the Houston area. They dialed in my alignment perfectly and gave me a wheel alignment report printout before I left. I returned for an oil change and they checked my alignment again. The printout showed it was still perfect.

Very good experience at Kings Crossing Car Care on Lake Houston Parkway in Kingwood I am very pleased with outcome . I’m going back there for all my maintenance needs. They installed Bill Steen coil over shocks and alignment my 2021 F150 rides like a limo. I am very pleased with outcome.
