My husband and I love this family owned shop. We've been taking our vehicles here for over 10 years. Phillip and his boys always take great care of us and our vehicles. They are also very honest and let my husband know when it was just time to get a new vehicle (even though that'd be less business for them.) All the repairs we've had done have been very reasonable in price.
View on GoogleGreat service, I had them install a bumper on my 4x4. Fast service, family owned and operated. They did a fantastic job. I would definitely use there service again. Price was right also. Owner told me they do fleet service so if you need them I'm sure you will get a fair price and great service!
View on GoogleMy friend referred me and now I've been going here for years. I first went to get a windshield replaced. Other places were quoting $200 to $300. Kay's fixed it for a lot less. It's great to know that I can trust them. They always are friendly, courteous, and efficient. They are upfront about the repairs needed and the pricing. They get the work done quickly. I highly, highly recommend them!
View on GoogleStaying at a nearby motel for work purposes and my truck started overheating. I asked the motel owner if he could recommend a repair shop and I was feeling very stressed because of past "getting ripped off" experiences or just incompetence at mostly chain auto repair shops (like Firestone). Read the other reviews. You will get honest work, fair price, family run business earning repeat customers, and in my case I was called 2 hours after dropping my truck off with the repair already completed. Outstanding! I would go out of my way to have future work and service done here. BTW, I had intended to do the work myself and so I bought the parts myself and when I asked the owner if he minded me supplying the parts, he didn't bat an eye... no problem. From other reviews I can see that they don't overcharge for parts so next time I probably won't even bother to run that errand and just let them order it. Competence in an honestly run business that came highly recommended and I can see from the other reviews that I'm not the only one who appreciates this shop.
View on GooglePhilip was amazing and so helpful. Kay's automotive truly cares about their customers and taking care of their vehicles. I called about bringing my car in after the serpentine belt snapped on the freeway. They were able to fix my belt and water pump, allowing me to have my car back and fixed while I was at work. Thank you so much for your kindness, knowledge, and care for my care.
