I got mixed results from Kacals. Yes they fixed the problem I came in for, but another problem arose from those repairs due to the fact that their tech did not loosen & then readjust my, Safety T Plus steering upgrade equipment, when he was doing the alignment. From all I had read about KACALS, I thought for sure they would know how to handle this situation. One of the reasons I choose them was their extensive experience with RV’s. So after paying them more than $3K for all new tires, rebuilt steering wheel box, & alignment & all that goes with it, the shaking & death Wobble I came in for was gone. So yes they fixed what I had asked them to fix, But now my RV was pulling to the right very badly as I test drove it home that evening. So back I went the next day, which they themselves recommended, “bring it back” if it’s not right, and “we will make it right”. However, it did seem to me that upon my return I was a burden to them for these additional repairs. After I contacted customer service at Safety T Plus Steering they explained to me why I was having that problem, they also talked to my service manager at Kacals, Justin, & explained to him the procedure for fixing the issue. Justin then had the techs work on fixing the steering pull. I felt like when I went back , they wanted to rush through these additional repairs & i wasn’t quite satisfied with their service the second time around. None the less, I was basically told we’re closing, so off I went. I didn’t think it necessary to check that all the hubcaps were securely in place when I left. U would assume a place like Kacal’s Would make sure of that, but when I got home, there was a hubcap missing. Clearly that hub cap was not attached properly. After going back & forth thru texts & phone calls & letting them try to find a replacement hubcap for my vehicle, we decided that I would find a hubcap myself & they would put $100 back to my CC. Since then I also discovered that one of the I inside dually tire stems was not positioned correctly & I’m not able to putt access it to put air in that tire. So although the repairs were taken care of satisfactory, the details & carelessness in getting me back on the road safely were not 5 star. Nice enough people to work with, but more attention to detail is needed, & that’s why it’s 3 stars in my book instead of 5?

Called due to AC problem on my Mercedes Benz. I was concerned because any previous work on the vehicle had been done by the dealership and I was out of town. Elias was very professional and his knowledge and transparency relieved my anxiety. Miguel greeted me and listened carefully to my concerns. Luis, the technician, performed the testing and work methodically and with care. Best vehicle repair experience I have ever had. Competent, honest, and conscientious.

Such a beautiful experience, from warm welcoming smiles and good mornings to a patience Elias had while dealing with me in person and my husband over the phone at the same time. The sweetness from the owner must be trained into every employees bones. They kept me updated with time, talked me through the process and even offered more than I expected. I hope my car can have a place in the shop and I can have a place at their table. Yall are awesome!

I keep forgetting to leave a review, I've already had my Little Red Mini Cooper serviced at Kacals 2..3 times? I lost count. 😆 I first went to these guys when my car was leaking coolant because they were the only mechanics in my area that actually answered the phone. I know, weird reason but as someone with social anxiety disorder, great customer service just reels me in. Their staff is always friendly and welcoming, huge difference from other mechanics I've been to that just treat you like a number. I give them a call with whatever questions I have, drop of my baby and they give me a complimentary ride back home. They usually get back to me the same day, or next day, with an itemized list of everything that needs repairs and a quote that are emailed to me, I can pick and choose what I want done, and they have it done the day they say it's gonna be done. I have nothing but good praise for this place!
