View on GoogleTook a truck to have a transmission rebuilt and less than a year the transmission does not work right. The rpms are all over the place and the truck drives very forced. I took another truck to him previously and now both transmissions are not working well. I called and my husband was told that he had bad luck with the transmissions. I call it bad work not bad luck. He told us to take it back but why would I do that if he didn’t fix it in the first place. I purchased another transmission and had it installed and the truck is working great now.
View on GoogleThese guys worked on my truck's transmission and it had a1 year warranty. Well less than a year later the transmission was acting up with same problem from the beginning they said that they would take care of it under the warranty. When they returned it they did not put in the back support for the transmission . So the truck was making a loud noise thought it was the muffler or catylic converter well took it in to the muffler shop right on the side of these guys and there was the problem these guys did not put the back support and transmission was leaning against catylic converter so that was the problem on well I called the guy over and his response was I inst all transmissions not supports and that the support was probably really old and it came off after they put in the transmission they where supposed to see that before putting in the transmission and you can't put in a transmission without putting the supports on and there was a damage on catylic converter and asked him if he didn't see it when he installed the transmission he said I don't check the motors just the transmission well if you are a good mechanic you check things that are around the part you are going to install for example if you install a starter you check the battery because if battery is not good truck won't start common sense . Bottom line these guys are unprofessional and don't do any business with them they don't know what they are doing.
