Good morning! This is a real time review. I was able to go back to them this next morning (Monday) and they informed me the top tech with review the issue. The manager walked me through my engine and was not upset to answer any questions I may have. How they handled the situation despite my previous frustrations was very well and they ensured that I understood next steps for properly diagnosing my vehicle. I will be waiting 2 weeks checking certain things periodically but as stated I wanted to update my review once they supported me. I am very grateful to have been heard and my feelings respected as well as learn more about my vehicle. I was unable to upload updated pics for some reason but the good thing is if you come to them with concerns (of course respectfully) I can speak from real time experience that they will try to help. A good green flag was that he was against showing me everything which I highly recommend if you are a woman learning about cars. Please ask questions and I hope this real time review will help others make their decision to come here. I will come back in 2 weeks to update on any changes with my vehicle but I am satisfied that I received answers and education on my vehicles problem areas.

I had a brake and power steering flush. They were friendly and professional. They also were quick. I was in and out in an hour. I also had them fix my usb charging ports in the backseat. He did it in 10 minutes whereas an electrical shop told me it would be an hour and cost over $200. I paid the same amount for all of the services to include fixing the usb! I will be back for all my auto repair needs!

Today has been car day (after swimming). I always get my oil changed at JustOil. I initially came here because of a Groupon, but have been coming back ever since. I appreciate having an honest and competent group work on my car. With over 259,000 miles on my car, I appreciate the fact that they have handled my brakes, a/c, struts, filters and alignment. It’s nice to be able to come in, not have to make an appointment and be treated well, with a comfortable waiting area and nice employees.

Karla was amazing. I was unable to get my Groupon. She helped me with getting the code by having to go through the browser instead of Groupon app which was not working. Karla made a very trying experience so much better for me. The staff made some suggestions for my 2012 vehicle that I will have to get done. Very professional staff, clean lobby and they make you feel that you are their most important customer.

I had an excellent experience at Just Oil And Car Maintenance. From the moment I arrived, the staff was very friendly and professional. They took the time to clearly explain to me what my car needed and how much it would cost, which gave me a lot of confidence. The service was fast and efficient; I didn't have to wait long and they left my vehicle in perfect condition. In addition, the prices seemed fair compared to other workshops. Something that I really liked is that they did not try to sell me unnecessary services, but that they were honest and transparent at all times. It is definitely a reliable place for basic maintenance and repairs. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for good automotive service in Houston.
