Owner does half-ass work. Son does good work whenever he gets there. I spent $1,200.00 on catalytic issues, and issue & light still not resolved within a year and after a year. I spoke to owner on numerous ocassions which after one year replaced to 1 correct catalytic converter with extra money and the other catalytic he did not, even though I was willing to pay a difference for the 2nd correct catalytic converter for passenger side, like the 1st one (driver side). Owner began complaining about high gas prices and telling stories about other people's car problems - what does that have to do with my unresolved situation. I support Family-owned Businesses, but not like this. People change & Businesses change; but some change to worse instead of better. I really thought I was a good customer (I was), but I guess owner only cares about grabbing bigger money and telling stories to Deflect Responsibility. My situation would have been avoided if they would have installed the correct Eastern Catalytic Blue Line Converters as recommended by most muffler shops that carry that brand. Lesson: I went cheap and it costed me more time, headaches, bad energy & wasted money. Everyone take care of your money and be safe out there with money-hungry scoundrels.

I like this shop, they are great at what they do(mufflers), they will show you all the different brands and and product so you can hear the different muffler sound and also what I like is that they don't try to sell you unnecessary products and all this at good price! A friend of mine liked the sound of my truck and the work that they did at the shop that she decided to also do some muffler work on her new truck!
View on GoogleFixed and made new exhaust hangers and fixed the low hanging resonator that was scraping everything with this aftermarket exhaust that “was for my car” which it wasn’t needed to be modified. They did a great job!
View on GoogleToday, I stopped by John’s Muffler Shop and was looking to do a muffler delete. They gave me a good price and did an excellent job. Not too many mechanic shops focus on customer service, but this family-owned business prioritizes it. I would recommend 10/10 and will definitely be coming back when I make further enhances to my car.
