This shop is a total scam. They did shoddy electrical work and wasted my husband’s time and money, sending him back and forth to different stores for a part they clearly knew wasn’t available. When he asked them to actually fix the problem, the guy refused to do anything, even after being paid. In the end, the issue wasn’t resolved, and he had to go to the dealership. Completely unprofessional, dishonest, and not worth anyone’s time or money! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Stay away from these people, they are all clueless. Don’t believe nothing they try to tell you. They always want to get paid for doing absolutely nothing. IF YOU BUY ANY ALTERNATORS FROM THEM YOU’RE PRACTICALLY DONATING YOUR MONEY AWAY TO THIS TERRIBLE BUSINESS. Their alternators will continuously fail. The check engine light will come on, causing your vehicle to appear it has some sort of a vacuum leak but in reality it’s their terrible poorly rebuilt alternator’s malfunctioning. SO BEWARE.

Very bad customer service Paid twice for diagnostics and both time they didn’t fix the car . Be punctual with them Orelse they just rob ur money . Plus never let them buy parts for you . Incase it’s the wrong part u don’t get refunded . Amazingly worst customer relations service ever .

Jose and his team are very professional. Had to leave my car overnight , so they offered me a ride back home. I took my Maxima to the dealer and 2 different mechanics because i was getting oxygen sensors error codes. I changed the sensors but was still getting the codes. Jose determined it was the alternator. And sure enough it was. Put in an OEM alternator, changed the sensors one more time and the check engine light went away.

Very very incompetent and a scam be aware! they over charge for diagnostic without any real test and will suggest you to go buy a new part, come to find out mine is still good. Went back to confront them the next day about the diagnostic suddenly they don't speak english and don't know what is the problem and wants to charge me more for a new diagnostic . Despite taking my money for the 1rst false diagnostic they wouldn't give me any credit or discount for the payment i made for a 2nd diagnostic to pin point me the issue. A real scam they will take your money and make you leave without knowing what the issue with your car. Customer service and customer satisfaction zero!!!
