came in for my car inspection and had a great experience. The location is very clean, and the staff are extremely respectful and welcoming. The whole process only took about 10 minutes. Richard helped me out, and while they were doing the inspection, I was able to sit in their cozy backyard area, sip some coffee, and enjoy my afternoon. Before I even finished my coffee, my car was already ready to go! This is my third year coming here, and I will definitely keep coming back. I highly recommend this place to my neighbors in the Spring Branch area. They provide all kinds of car/mobile services at this location. honestly, you shouldn’t choose anywhere else other than J&T Automotive.

The guys at J&T Automotive were superb. Chris was my service manager and his customer care was outstanding! I called at the end of day and they were gracious enough to service me. My service was quick and efficient. My brake light was out and I didn't feel safe driving. They took excellent care of me and I'm back on the road again. Highly recommend!!!!

The experience was absolutely exceptional! The staff is incredibly friendly, and knowledgeable. They also didn’t upsell me stuff I didn’t need. A stress free experience. They’ve earned a customer for life because I finally feel like I’ve found a shop with fair pricingI can trust. The price to have my stabilizer bar links replaced was $55 less than the dealership and the quality was just as good. They also provided transportation home and back to the shop. I’ll definitely be back!
