I have a Nissan 2017 Titan with less than 100K miles. My transmission went out driving down the road and I pulled into the closest mechanic shop I could find. They quoted me 7500 for the fix with a 1-year warranty. Too much $$$ for me, so I called a friend, and he recommended Houston Transmission Center. They quoted me $1500 less than the first place and gave me a 3-year warranty. I went with them for the fix. These guys are awesome, they are honest, friendly, and a family run business. They even called me during Hurricane Beryl while the power was out to let me know they had the truck locked up in the garage and it was safe. These little things show me they care. I will send all my friends to them if they ever need transmission work. Steven Skiff

I strongly advise against using this shop. I took my car to Sergio and his team on April 26, 2024, to have the transmission repaired. It took them over two weeks to return my vehicle, and within a week, the transmission began leaking. Sergio claimed it was due to a faulty part, which turned out to be untrue. In my experience, they lack the necessary skills to properly repair transmissions and often provide misleading explanations when issues arise. Most recently, my transmission failed again around October 17, 2024, less than six months after their initial repair. When my car was towed to my primary mechanic, they confirmed that the transmission had failed. Upon returning the vehicle to Sergio's shop, he immediately blamed an electrical issue, despite all the dashboard and radio electronics working perfectly. During our conversation, Sergio abruptly walked away and never returned to explain why the transmission he installed just months ago was malfunctioning. Furthermore, they do not honor their 3-year warranty as promised. For these reasons, I highly recommend AVOIDING this shop!!!

He gave me a good price I did shop around and got more quote his price was the best and the warranty he offers is better as well. I took my truck in on a Wednesday he even waited for me to get there after closing hours and I had my truck back by Friday afternoon. Amazing service. Did a full complete rebuild on my 700r4 transmission now my truck runs very smooth. Recommended his shop.
View on GoogleSergio went above and beyond service to get my truck fixed. 2020 f150 FX4 transmission was shot and he drove a hour and a half to pick my truck up. Took it back to Houston and had it fixed and ready to be picked up in 2 days. Great communication and service. 💯 recommendation!
