Plain and simple I would not recommend this shop to anyone. My client came in with a damaged subframe, due to the negligence of this shop during an alignment. Upon making a quote and invoice for the replacement the shop declined to cover cost of repairs, and said they would fix it themselves. This said fix was bending back the already damaged and compromised toe adjustment shim to be just good enough and get alignment in tolerance, and then telling my client this is what he asked for it’s not their problem. This was due to the fact that they did not have the tools or comprehensive knowledge to remove and replace the subframe, but can “safely modify” the damaged one to be safe for my client. The manager on clock with the cowboy hat was very disrespectful, refused to give his name or any of the owners contact info, and repeatedly stated it wasn’t his business he doesn’t care and that he did all he would. My client is now having to cover a $3,000 repair out of his own pockets simply for just trying to get an alignment done. The shop despite making the alignment 10x worse than when it came in, and having a paper trail of the completed alignment sheet is still denying any accountability and only offered 50 of the $100 spent on the alignment. Don’t bring your vehicle here unless you want to be out of more money or a vehicle, stay away from shops that want to damage your car and still profit off you! Provided pictures of correct alignment bolt and one with damaged shims stay away from this shop!

Went to Houston Alignment LLC today. There was a long line, but that’s usually a good sign — they’re busy for a reason. Once they took my truck back, they brought me into the shop and showed me on the Hunter lift what needed fixing before doing my alignment, including my U-joints and tie rods. They were honest, explained everything clearly, and didn’t charge me for the wait. Very nice guys and great service! Will definitely be back to get my alignment done here soon!

I have been using Houston Alignment for many many years and their work has always been exceptional. They have improved on their wait time which was due to them only having two working bays and a high demand for their services. Now with multiple service bays and new and improved equipment, the wait time is extremely less. All their service techs are very knowledgeable and very efficient. Management are very helpful with information about the services needed to repair your vehicle and will not hesitate to tell you if some services you have requested are not needed. They have always provided excellent service and were always transparent with me from the very first time I use them. I highly recommend anyone who is in need of the services they provide, to look no further than them. Their service is A1 in my book.

Only place in town that I found that could work on a vehicle thats practically hugging the road. They had er up in the air and back down in under 30 minutes. Super professional and helpful! Definitely going back.

No one in Katy could do the alignment on my G-wagon, was recommended to this shop that they do all types of stock and modified vehicles, they did an AMAZING job!! Also realized they do general mechanic work and suspension modifications. This is my new all in 1 Go-to spot!
