I have never been able to say that I LOVE a mechanic shop… Until now. Everyone here is so nice & helpful. They go above & beyond to explain any issues with your car while letting you know what issues are urgent & which can wait. You can tell the people that work here love coming to work everyday. Will never go anywhere else ever again! (They even made me a goodie bag because they knew I was traveling the next day)
View on GoogleI have a couple of older cars that periodically need maintenance, so I am a repeat customer, and I have absolutely loved the service I get at Heights Expert Automotive. From being greeted by name (they know me!) to the transparency with their repair quotes (itemized and sent to me for review and approval), to their quick turnaround times, this place it top notch. As for the repairs themselves: I have been very satisfied with their work. So far I have not had to take anything back for the same issue. And my car is as clean as it was when I brought it in (my old mechanic used to leave grime on the steering wheel and door handle; not the case here!).
View on GoogleGreat service. I got my car towed in because of an alternator issue and they fixed it within 24 hours. In the past, I’ve waited weeks to get my car back so I was shocked that the turnaround was so quick. JJ was super nice and very patient. So appreciative of the team and everyone involved in getting my old girl back in good shape
View on GoogleFriendly, personable, efficient and professional. First time there (my vehicle is now out of dealer warranty). Coat me a bucket of money I didn’t expect but at just over 100k miles, I wasn’t exactly surprised. Showed me all issues physically in the shop while it was up on the lift. Gave me a loaner SUV - not exactly the lap of luxury but I wasn’t thankful for it since my vehicle was there 48 hours. Great people, and locally recommended. I’ll be back (odds are…. Soon smh)

It's hard to find a trustworthy mechanic, but this team is top-tier. If you want great work at a fair price, bring your vehicle here. Highly recommended!
