Mr. Hass and his mechanics have done outstanding work on my family member's Audi Q.5, 2.0 car over the past 20 years! They are efficient, professional and knowledgeable. They do great work at reasonable prices!
View on GoogleHello everyone. I went in for a headlight replacement on my bmw 3 series only. I dropped my vehicle off on Thursday and the owner called me on Friday and said the light is working. However, I’ll need a new battery and alternator. I did but understand why I needed replacements considering the fact I just drove my out of town and back! Nothing was wrong and I did not have any lights on the dashboard concerning this matter. Once I arrived at the shop they had 3 batteries on the ground by my vehicle, a charger under my hood, a blown 40 fuse on the passenger side floor. I didn’t make it 3 miles up the street before I needed a tow. I called the shop back and the owner said, I told you, you need an alternator replacement. The owner Hass tried to get over on me by having me to pay extra for his shade tree practices but he did not prevail. Once I was able to look under my hood I seen plastic tape covering wires and a battery that was not my original. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The mechanics has to YouTube almost everything and are not well trained to work on foreign vehicles. This place should be called “Sad Face Car Center”! You get no paperwork or receipt.
