Don't bring your Honda here to be serviced!! My 2018 Honda Civic display (infotainment display) was showing colored vertical lines suddenly and I only have 67K miles on it. From the moment I walked in (with appointment and verified TWICE that I could get a shuttle to work which was less than 3 miles away) I was asked if I hit it/ spilled something on it and hassled about getting a shuttle ride to work. After waiting 5 hours, I was told the entire display needed to be replaced and they didn't have the parts and it would cost me over $1500. I asked repeatedly what they had tried to FIX the issue because on Reddit there were posts about the same issue about the Honda's with recommendations to fix it. I mentioned this to the advisor (Daniel Flores) and told "You can't believe everything you read online" and he told me that a MASTER TECH says I need it replaced. I couldn't believe how they treat their customers with accusations and condescending remarks. After picking up my vehicle, I received a text from the manager(Joe Aguirre) about my experience so (hoping I'd get some answers) I texted, called twice and left messages... and still a week later haven't received a call or text explaining what was done to my vehicle. This was a total waste of time and I still don't have answers or a display screen that works! I won't be taking my car there again.

My family has been bringing our Honda vehicles to Sterling for several years. They always had the best pricing and excellent service. We live an hour away and it’s still worth making the drive. Recently we needed some work on our manual transmission and were quoted $4000 which we thought was for a transmission rebuild. Turned out to be a clutch and flywheel replacement. During that service the technicians lost a piece of the driver door handle. It was special order and going to be replaced free of charge. Unfortunately, confirming the existence of this part has been challenging. The service advisor is not reachable and does not return calls. I finally got an appointment only to arrive and informed the part was sent back. This is probably a great place to use if you live nearby and can wait for your vehicle. Otherwise, I would search for other Honda dealerships for your service needs.

I brought my 2024 civic in today for a recall. I was greeted with a personal consult with Vicky. I told her I had an event at 11. She assured me that it would be completed in time. At 1030, she said let me order you an Uber so you can make your REALTOR event on time. Attention to detail and timing are given here!

Great experience with salesman. Horrible experience with management and service department or whoever checks the vehicles for delivery. Bought a car march 30, we agreed that they were gonna fix a couple of things before getting the car. Said it was ready April 7th drove hour and a half to only see a car with no screws/clips holding the bumper and tools left under hood. Paid 15k Down payment and it’s been more than a week without a car. Will not recommend this dealer to anyone.
