He listened and heard the need for some new tires, and in a timely manner, as our saying goes, “If the wheels ain’t turning, we ain’t earning.” Our profession requires us to be over the road. Safety First! Truly within minutes, decisions were made, and our vehicle was being serviced. Thanks for the cabin cleaner process as well! The manager Alejandro helped to get us out the door, and back on the road, again, within a very reasonable time frame. Thanks to all that completed the replacement of all 4 tires. Great job Goodyear Auto Service Center 4237 on Louetta Rd, Cypress, Tx.
View on GoogleTook my car in for a four wheel alignment on my 2014 Audi S6. Was quoted 189.99 for a specialty wheel alignment. Collin was great and the manager was very attentive too. They did a good job on my alignment and were really nice. Although they were really nice and I’m happy with the service, I did notice a ding on my car after getting home. I cant verify if this was from the tech or if I got door dinged by another customer while my car sat waiting for pick up. Regardless, I would return for a future wheel alignment or tire mounting/balance.
