Had work done, had it redone less than 3 months later, now just over a year later when the warranty expired, of course, the whole job fell apart. AND THERE WAS ANOTHER TIME IN BETWEEN, he did come to my home and repair it that time. Originally, they replaced the power steering pulley but obviously they did it with mismatched bolts and one bolt was missing, so I’ll just say it fell out because I refused to believe they didn’t put it there. All in all I’m spending another 1500$ to redo what they didn’t repair correctly In response to the owners reply: I definitely could afford oil leak repairs (hilarious that he would say I couldn’t) but they didn’t find them so they pressure washed the engine and didn’t find it and I’m not even sure of what that has to do with random bolts they put in the power steering pulley that they replaced and “repaired” that caused the belt to come off so many times. You can see how the bolts damaged the pulley in the pic. The head gasket and oil filter housing gaskets have been changed. I haven’t been driving the car much because I ACTUALLY AFFORDED TO BUY ANOTHER ONE IN NOVEMBER!

Horrible he “fixed” my AC right before I had to drive it across the Country 4 days later the AC stops blowing cold air that drive was horrible don’t come to this guy and buddy didn’t even stick to his word he said I’ll do it for $100 made me pay $180 didn’t even keep his word

OMG! God has blessed me to find a mechanic who truly believes in building relationships with his customers. Mr. Glen is who I am referring to. Where do I begin? From the time I brought my Cadillac Escalade into his shop, he made me feel like I was the number one customer in the world! I told Mr. Glen the problem I was experiencing with my SUV. The next thing out of his mouth was “Let’s take it for a test drive.” When is the last time a mechanic wanted to actually ride with you to help diagnose your problem? I was totally blown away at that point! The problem ended up being replacement of my rear shock absorbers. The repair took less than a hour! Say what? Unbelievable! This young man is very knowledgeable, efficient, caring, and is not going to propose repairs that you don’t need. He will point out to you what we needs to be replaced soon, if there is anything. As long as this young man is in business, I will not be using another dealership or complete auto care shop again! This young man is very personable and truly cares about taking care of your vehicle. Go see him at 5023 Addicks Satsuma! You won’t regret it! Tell them Mr. Keys sent you! Worst service ever! Gken towed me and charged me a $100 which was fine. I wrote on the paper car won’t start. Glen changes the starter for $436 which is fine, but car still won’t start. I wrote on the paper car won’t start before he even did any work. Glen then changes the spark plugs and charges me $20 and car still won’t start. Glen then says it need a new motor! The moral of the story is, don’t take anything you want done correctly to glens mobile auto repair. They are shade tree mechanics with fake reviews. And when you write on the paper car won’t start to fix the issue, that means fix the issue. And test drive the car to ensure the issues are resolved. When asked did you test drive it, they stutter and said no. When I called and asked for a tow because I.broke down again a block from his shop, he all of a sudden wasn’t there or wouldn’t answer the phone. Take you care at your own risk. If it’s a simple fix, I’m sure glen and handle that, but not anything that needs a real reliable mechanic to resolve. His trouble shoot skills are a joke and so are his employees who only want to argue until you call them out and tell them to take the damn bass out of their voice. They are the definitions of clowns. 🤡

I have had my tie rod ends, sway bar links, & back brakes/rotors all done by glen and his counterparts. His rates are doable, the work was always done within an hour or two and any issues I had …they would always communicate and keep me in the loop by bringing me back to their work area to show me what was occurring. Luckily I know my car very well & so everything they said was accurate and aligned, I am now driving safely because of their due diligence. I’m so appreciative I’ve found an excellent mechanic that cares about the work they do. Thank you!
