Frankies Mobil 1 Lube Express

Frankie and co. have been good to me. After my VW manufacturer's warranty ran out, I took my Jetta TDI to be serviced at Frankie's. A few weeks later another driver ran a red light, totalling my car. Fast forward to my purchase of a used VW and my first thought was to get it inspected by Frankie. So far everything has worked out. 🤞 They are honest, offer good service at a fair price, and treat their customers well. I openly recommend them. 💯

Luckily I called Frankie when I did! I had a mobile mechanic on his way to fix my brakes and charge me around $1k. I did a quick google search and Frankie’s was recommended so I gave them a call. Frankie told me to bring it by and he would inspect it for free. He came out and told me the brakes looked fine and then he drove my car with me around a couple blocks and said everything looks good and I was not in need of any repairs at the time. He will for sure have my business for future repairs. 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

If I could give 10 stars I would. Frankies has taken care of my car issues over the years like a true pro. Frankie is absolutely incredible—honest, knowledgeable, and always so helpful. I trust him and his team completely and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great service.

I have had my fair share of terrible experiences with mechanics and feeling like I am being swindled out of my money. Frankie and his crew are patient, honest and just all around wonderful people to work with. I won't take my car anywhere else! So thankful to have found them :)

I rarely leave reviews, but this experience says a lot about the kind of place this is. You can tell a lot about someone’s character by how they treat people in small, everyday moments. I pulled into Frankie’s Mobil 1 for literally less than a minute because my wallet had fallen off my seat while I was driving. I stopped briefly just to grab it. Not even a minute passed before an older man came out wearing a tucked-in polo with slicked-back hair and immediately started speaking to me in an extremely rude, disrespectful, and unnecessarily hostile way. The tone and attitude were completely uncalled for, especially considering I had only been there for seconds. There is a big difference between fake nice and genuine nice. Maybe he was having a bad day, but that does not excuse treating people with basic disrespect. Everyone deserves simple decency and courtesy, even in a quick interaction. That clearly was not the case here. What really makes you think is this. When everything goes right with their business, of course they will smile and take your money. But what happens when something goes wrong with your car or your service? If this is how they treat someone who was there for less than a minute, it raises a serious question about how customers might be treated if there is ever a problem, disagreement, or mistake. There are plenty of other local businesses with genuinely good people who actually appreciate customers and treat others with respect. Those are the businesses that deserve the community’s support, not places where basic kindness seems optional and attitude comes first. Management should seriously reconsider who they have representing their business and train their staff on basic professionalism. Rudeness like this should never be tolerated. Based on this experience, I would strongly not recommend Frankie’s Mobil 1.
