Nice people, just don't know what they are doing. We had a leak in a tire and they took the wrong tire off. They tried to sell us a used tire for the tire with a leak and they didn't have a tread depth gauge to make sure the tread depth would be the same for the other tires we had on already. This was important because we have an AWD car. So we just got a plug from them for a good price and left. Update to the response: We understand that the leak was in the shoulder, and we need a new tire. But with our AWD vehicle, the tires need to be the same size or else we can cook our center differential, especially on a long drive. You guys didn't even have a tire tread depth to check what level any of our tires were at, I had to measure it myself. You also attempted to sell me on brakes that I don't need, and to top it off, you didn't torque my lug nuts. Thank you for your timely help though, you did a great job saving the tire as much as possible for us!

These guys wanna work and it shows in their work ethic! Today is Sunday and I have air coming out of my tire, by the time I realized what’s going on it was 7pm and all the tire shops were closed. These guys are open 7 days per week! They work hard, they’re honest and they charged me $20, I ended up tipping them $15 for their great work. Please get them as much work as you can, spread the word, refer your friends and family here! Well done guys and thank you!

View on GoogleAfter Beck & Masters unbalanced my tires but we’re glad to charge me for a balance that I didn’t need until they rotated my tires… I called & went to Fast Tiger due to them being open & said “come on in,” and due to them being open on Sunday; I was in out with my tires balanced in 15 mins for a reasonable price.
