Great service. I appreciate how knowledgeable they are. We have been taking our Porsche Panamera S to this shop and they have done excellent work. They are thorough, great communicators, and it's obvious by their conversation that they love cars.

Every single time I have pulled into this parking lot I have been greeted and then taken care of like I am their most important customer - which starts with Martha who flawlessly executes your service experience from start to finish, including updates throughout if necessary. This business is based on integrity, fair pricing, excellent automotive knowledge with experienced, professional tech AND you're always treated like a VIP. Although I recently learned the ownership has changed hands, the quality is still as strong as ever. So rare in this industry.
View on GoogleI just bought a Used car and it had some issues and I wasn't sure how severe. I originally was only going to have a diagnostics but fortunately the electrical issue wasn't as bad as I thought. Dean was able to tell me what all was wrong with the car and was able to make the necessary repairs ! The cost for repairs wasn't as much as I thought it would be and he had back on on the road with all of my lights and blinkers working properly. He was also able to repair an issue with my shifter as well ! I have all the conference in him to make any repairs needed in the future ! Thanks a lot Dean.
View on GoogleHonestly, I had huge concerns when I learned that Jay was no longer the owner. He was the most honest, detailed, and friendly person I have ever known. I could always trust in what he said was needed for our vehicles. Martha has always been the most efficient and nicest person as well. She has always assisted in getting our vehicles scheduled in a timely fashion. Although we do miss Jay, we are so glad that Martha is still around. She presents us with a feeling of the trust that we developed for her and Jay, while we learn about the new owner and crew. So far, I have only had my Jeep in there once for a phantom oil leak. They were able to see me same day and repair it same day. I do still have oil on the hot engine parts that cause the Jeep to stink when I drive it, but we're hopeful that's the old oil burning off as opposed to the same leak. It would have been nice to have the option to get the oil washed off (maybe an engine steam clean?). In any event, so far so good.
