My M4 is my baby, so when it comes to getting work done on it, I’m very OCD. I took it here and Michael with his team are absolutely the best. I trust them with my car more than myself. They will make sure the job is perfect and even check on things that I didn’t notice. I really appreciated the advice they gave me on what mods were necessary and what was bad or distasteful ideas. I’ll be a customer as long as I have a German sports car!

Super awesome and friendly staff people. Erika, who works the phones and scheduling, is a ray of sunshine. Mike is a super knowledgeable technician. From the looks of the lot, they work on a mostly BMW's but handle all Euro makes. Took my Audi Q7 to them for AC trouble and they took care of business. Fair pricing for labor and they have the resources to find OE quality replacement parts which won't break the bank. Will definitely bring my car back to them when another repair I can't handle presents itself.

My car would not drive straight, and over the course of about 30,000 miles I took it from dealer to dealer with no one able to pinpoint the issue. Multiple control arms were replaced, but the problem never went away. I eventually took the car to a reputable Porsche independent shop, and even they could not pinpoint what was actually wrong. Michael went a step further and replaced the entire steering rack, and that finally solved the problem completely. Michael did what the rest of Houston could not. He diagnosed the issue correctly, fixed it in a timely manner, and even managed to get additional items approved under my claim. He was also able to work with insurance to cover upgraded, future proof components that would not normally be approved, making sure the problem was solved properly and would not come back. What really sets him apart is that he does top tier work even when dealing with insurance. There are no shortcuts and no half measures. His work is the kind of quality you would expect if you were doing it yourself. Thorough, honest, and done right the first time. His pricing is fair, his communication is excellent, and the peace of mind he provides is unmatched. Whether you are a true enthusiast or just the average person who wants their car to drive the way it should, Michael is the only person I would trust with my car. This was easily the best service experience I have ever had.
