Euro Wheel Alignment

DO NOT BRING A PORSCHE TO THIS PLACE!!!!! THEY DO NOT HAVE QUALIFIED MECHANICS TO WORK ON IT. THIS IS MOST LIKELY THE REASON FOR THEIR CHEAP PRICES. All the other bad reviews about Sam are absolutely accurate. If they mess up your car, you have no recourse. The General Manager, Sam, refuses to acknowledge fault or correct issues caused by this shop. He also refused to provide the owner’s name so the matter could be properly addressed. Based on how this was handled and we were treated, it’s clear this isn’t the first time they’ve dealt with a situation like this. I would give 0 stars if that were an option. I brought my 2020 Porsche Macan in to have the brakes serviced. They replaced the rotors and brake pads. When I got home, I noticed the tire sensor light was on and no longer functioning correctly. It showed -6 PSI on the rear passenger-side tire (only the rear brakes were replaced) and no pressure readings on the other three tires. We have NEVER had any issues with the tire sensors until the rear brakes were serviced at this shop. I called first thing the following morning. Sam initially acknowledged there was likely an issue with the sensors and told me to bring the car in so he could reset them. However, once he couldn’t get the sensors to reset, he began denying that the problem had anything to do with their service. He claimed it might be a wheel alignment issue—but forgot that they had also done the alignment several months prior. When we provided the receipt proving they had performed the alignment, he backed off that excuse. He flat out refused to take responsibility or admit that the issue was caused by his shop. I’m now headed to the Porsche dealership, likely facing a much bigger issue than just the brakes. STAY FAR AWAY... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! UPDATE - I brought my car to Christian Brothers Automotive on Westheimer, and they fixed the issue in five minutes. They confirmed it was caused when the tires were removed during the brake job, which caused the sensors to lose their readings. The sensors just needed to be reprogrammed—an extremely easy fix! It’s incredible how rude Euro Wheel Alignment(Sam) was and how they refused to admit their brake service caused the problem. Clearly, they didn’t have trained mechanics and the proper tools to reprogram the tire sensors on a Porsche. Attaching pictures of the issue before and after the fix.

Jimmy Zografos has been working on our family cars for decades. Incredibly skilled. Honest. Does what is needed. Finds solutions. Has a loyal customer in base that truly appreciates him. Highly recommend this shop. Great people. Great work. Trustworthy.

They do some of the best alignment work in town. Sam and Oscar are very professional and courteuos. Did an excellent job on my customers 1949 Husdon Commodore Convertible.Replacing engine and transmission seals.

Fantastic service, extremely knowledgeable staff. Bobby is the best there is in alignments. I drove from Austin to have him fix my Jeep. Went to two places before, and they couldn't figure it out. Bobby spent the time on it and got it fixed. Thanks so much.

Sam is great! I come here all the time for anything that has to do with my car! He is patient and takes his time explaining everything. The price is also very reasonable and they don't over charge!
