Juan and the team are EXCELLENT. We have a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited 4x4 Focused on customer care 100%. They communicate directly to you as a customer and their knowledge base is impeccable on the needs of the vehicle. We travelled quite a bit and needed a flexible repair option to cover costs and get the work done. Using the invoice method and having space in their yard to hold the vehicle made it a perfect experience. More importantly, we completed a diagnosis of the truck over 7 months ago and they still honored the repairs with a full evaluation of our Jeep Grand Cherokee.

I am so disappointed in the communication and the treatment that was given to me by Alex. He is a liar rude and disrespectful for no reason. Several times during the call I had to correct the way he was speaking to me. This is not ELITE SERVICE. I've come to the location before and they were pleasant then but disgruntle now. 4.7 stars are fake ratings based on my experience it's a 3.0 for me. Never completed the diagnostic and I left my car at 8:40 AM to pick it up at 2:20 PM. With nothing done not even the diagnostic!!! Alex needs training on treatment and how to listen if you all have any courses. I am going to tell EVERYONE IN THE 529 AREA THIS IS A BAD PLACE TO GO!!! Take your vehicle to YES AUTOMOTIVES ON HWY 6 FRIENDLY AND FAST SERVICE WITH THEM BEING BUSY!!!

I’ve been getting my car serviced here for 6+ years, & the quality of their work is always great! And everyone on their team is super helpful & friendly. During my most recent visit, Alex was the one who helped me out, & he was very patient with all my questions & concerns. Dropped off my car at 11am for drive belt & cooling system repair, & it was ready by 4pm. And as always, I’m very happy with the work!

During my first visit, from the initial phone call to returning my keys, Eddie was professional throughout. He listened carefully to the issue with my vehicle and quickly began working on a solution. The process was quick; I was in and out. Although I was told I would need to leave my car, Eddie managed to resolve everything in under two hours. I will definitely be a returning customer. They also have a pretty great coffee machine.
