I walked in one recent afternoon cold off the street as my transmission died in my SUV near the shop. They mentioned if I could drop it they could start that day. I agreed and a few days later I had it back, running great. They even notified me of a potential catastrophic failure that could be avoided by a minor maintenance procedure. I’m so glad I found this place. It really is difficult finding a good shop!

I really appreciate them taking the time to determine the issues and get them corrected. They even gave us a loaner car since our was in the shop a while. Really appreciate all the help, we have been a customer for many years across many vehicles.

I highly recommend them for their diverse knowledge of a variety of cars, old and new. They are honest, long-time Montrose locals and very professional!!
View on GoogleI needed my splash guard reattached because some clips had come loose. Downtown Automotive was really accommodating. I brought some clips from Autozone and they said they’d give me a call when they had a free moment to work on my car. Brought my car in and they clipped the splash guard on free of charge, all in 30 minutes. Really kind and genuine people, I would definitely trust them with any future repairs!
