Disappointed and Frustrated Initially I came here for a window replacement, tint & a kill switch installation. Satisfied with the kill switch, as it’s been beneficial for me. The new rims and tires provided are great. Overall it took half a year to get my car back from repairs and additions. On later occasions I brought my car here expecting quality work for the price I was paying, but unfortunately, the experience has been far from satisfactory. While the repairs get done to a point, the work often feels rushed or incomplete — I’ve had to come back multiple times because something was left unfinished or wasn’t done correctly. Communication is another major issue. Calls and messages often go unanswered, and even when I’m told I’ll get a call back, it’s a coin toss whether it actually happens. Promises are made but not followed through, and that lack of consistency makes it hard to trust what I’m being told. After getting repairs, my horn wouldn’t work properly or it won’t work at all. Sun damage occurred on my steering wheel from sitting for 6 months because parts weren’t in stock or another reason led to postponing repairs. My widebody kit was poorly installed which led to a part falling off while driving and it has only been a couple of months. My hood shakes while driving and it’s unsettling to watch. Not to mention trash being left in the car from wraps to rags & when I’m told my car will be detailed upon pickup it doesn’t look like it was. My scat pack emblem was placed back on crooked. My hood is misaligned and so is my widebody kit. Wraps are expensive and the product received doesn’t match that fact. For the amount of money spent, I expected both quality repairs and professionalism. Instead, I’ve experienced questionable integrity, poor follow-through, and ongoing frustration. I can’t confidently recommend this mechanic (Gabe)/ repair company based on my experience.
