I’ve been a loyal customer of this shop for years with two different cars, but my recent experience was deeply disappointing. What started as a simple oil change turned into a costly $1,500 repair due to a mistake that should have been caught early. Despite being told the shop carries insurance for damages, they quickly dismissed responsibility and blamed “wear and tear” on a nearly new vehicle. It’s frustrating to see a place I once trusted fail to stand behind their work. I can no longer recommend this shop until they take responsibility and prioritize honest service.

Greetings , to you all - And we meet again .. Listen , I have good news you can use .. Cullen Auto Service is a Diamond in the Rough , Google family! Yes , you heard me correctly .. Despite the fact that it's located in the barrows of South Side Houston - For me that's even more the reason to give accolade to this place of business .. Mechanics were very hands on , detail oriented and well - versed .. I couldn't be more happier in relation to both , the price and service rendered .. They may not be able to fix you , but .. Customer service is horrible. The front desk lady is rude and doesn’t return phone calls. She tells you she will get a quote and call you back but she never calls back. She is horrible. The guys who do the work are great. Believe customer service training is needed at this place.

My initial experience here was fantastic thanks to Sin, the young lady at the front desk. Her exceptional customer service and professionalism stood out. However, my second visit was disappointing. David, the person at the front desk, was rude and unwilling to honor their promise of a free reinspection within two weeks, despite power outages delaying my return. This experience has left me feeling let down, and I'm uncertain if I'll choose to return to this establishment in the future.
