I am glad that I stopped by and had Moises provide my tire service. The quality of the tires was very good. The price was amongst the best, and the service was awesome. With all services included, my savings was better than any other company in the entire area. I can tell that he is a very experienced technician. For future tire services, I will be going directly to Moises at Cruz M Tire Shop.

I came in with 4 new tires, and he mounted and balanced them for me at a very low cost I was in and out very quickly. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs work done in the area you will get your moneys worth.

View on GoogleThe worst experience I’ve ever had at a car place. When I called to check if they had my tire sizes, for my two front tires, they said they them had them for $60 each. I thought that was a great price, so I went to get them changed. When I got ready to pay they upped the price to $80 each, but didn’t take any form of card payment, so I had to drive to get cash. By the next day one of the 2 tires I bought was flat. When i was getting the tire changed elsewhere, they informed me that the lug nuts were cross threaded and as a result two of my wheel studs broke off, and in addition the flat was non repairable. Not only did I have to buy a new tire, but I also had to pay to repair the broken wheel studs. I will not be going back here again, nor recommending to anyone. The customer service was horrendous, and the service was even worse. They ended up costing me much more money over a tire they didn’t install correctly. Worst experience ever!
