Replaced entire transmission on my 2001 Chevy Silverado. Excellent communication, and what was being done, felt confident with the advice given. Job was handled efficiently and I got my truck back days before I ever expected. Completely satisfied. If my Yukon has transmission issues I'll be a return customer for sure. I had a friend recommend them. Glad he did.

I went in with an idea in my mind for a fairly expensive custom transmission rebuild, and with their expertise and knowledge they determined I did not need to spend that kind of money for what I'm doing with it. Saved me a big chunk of cash and I've got a transmission now that is more durable and outperforms the stock OEM. Chevy Suburban 2500 with a 6.0 towing a 7,000 lb trailer over 30,000 mi a year around the country. I now have complete confidence that I have a highly reliable unit. Had a rattle after the trans rebuild, took it back in, discovered it had nothing to do with the transmission (it was exhaust) but they fixed it for me anyway, no charge.
View on GoogleThese guys are incredibly knowledgeable and very fair/honest. I wanted to add some some aux transmission coolers for two F150s. I even bought the coolers thinking those were the solution. Glenn and company examined the situation and came up with much more appropriate solutions. Even credited by bill for the coolers that I bought and ended up not using - added to their inventory for other folks. They also identified a failed hub assembly on one of the trucks - which I wasn’t aware of - huge !! These guys know what they’re doing. Great advisers and not just slapping parts on. Reasonably priced - you get what you pay for - with these folks getting expert advice. They take care that it’s done right. The folks to turn to. So glad I found them. Thanks a million. I highly recommend these folks for any transmission issue. Look no further - I see why their reputation is unmatched. Thank you guys for expert work, great customer service, and fair/honest work well done!
View on GoogleI started having really bad transmission shuddering and called CDT Transmissions for a quote. They were upfront and explained that my transmission was starting to go bad and the torque converter was failing. Turnaround time was about a week, which was great. They also installed a tune that removed the cylinder deactivation, and I’ve been extremely happy ever since. It’s been a couple of months now with zero issues. The transmission shifts perfectly, everything goes into gear smoothly, and operating temps are right where they should be—actually a little cooler than before. Very solid work, great results, and the truck drives like new again. Highly recommend CDT Transmissions.
