They performed a thorough courtesy inspection, explained everything in plain English, and had me back on the road quickly. My truck is running smoother than it has in months. Had an issue with my Chevrolet Suburban. I brought my vehicle to CBA - Pearland. Ryan helped me out and I explained the issues the vehicle was having. They performed an in depth inspection and figured out i had an issue with a failing engine mount which then caused an issue with my injectors(due to the excess vibrations from engine). The next day they performed an electrical inspection to make sure no issues with wiring or computer(that was throwing the code for engine cylinder misfire). Once performed, Ryan took the time to call and explain everything in depth and was not rushed in breaking down all components needing fixed and addressed to get my vehicle running right again. He explained some other issues that arose during initial inspection that needed to be addressed, as well. After going over everything, we decided to go ahead and take care of all the item to have peace of mind, as this is our main family vehicle. Having kids, we wanted to make sure we took care of all issues to not have another issue happen sooner, rather than later. Ryan called throughout the whole process, kept us updated and let us know if there was a delay(only one occurred) and how they were able to mitigate it and get our vehicle back to us as soon as possible. They were able to help me get back and forth to work, by setting up Lyft, so I didn't have to miss work. Ryan was always respectful and went out of his way to make sure we knew everything that was going on the entire time. Would definitely recommend coming back and appreciated the warranty they give after to guarantee their work.

CBA has been my go to spot for over a year now! The only place I trust with my vehicle. Had issues with a new vehicle and the dealership couldn’t figure out how to fix it for about 6 months and nearly 2K down the drain. CBA fixed it the first try and I’ve had zero issues since! Now they are my go to for all things big or small.

We started using CBA for our company fleet account and I can say I am pleased with the service we receive. They take the time to inspect your vehicle and let you know everything that needs to be addressed whether now or soon. The pricing is that of a real mechanic shop proper hours etc. however, they get the job done quickly and efficiently. We have had to take one back for the same reason and they did follow through stating it was warrantable. We have used cheaper small mechanic in the past but he would have our vehicles far too long putting our fleet in a situation. In my opinion, it is worth a little extra to get it back quickly knowing it is done right!

I placed an appointment on line via Facebook for an oil change. I showed up to the location at the time I had selected. Once there the service manager tells me he doesn't see a reservation. He says that they are closed over the weekend so they can't confirm reservations. Why have a system that makes reservation if you can't honor tge reservation. I told him I could wait but he said he couldn't do the oil change. They have about 10 bays and many people working there and they couldn't do an oil change when its there system that doesn't work properly. Very disappointed. I went to take 5 without an appointment and was in and out within 10 minutes. Waste of time
