Paid $1,509.88 for an A/C Repair That Didn't Fix the Problem. I took my vehicle to Christian Brothers Automotive for an A/C issue and was advised that the compressor needed to be replaced. Based on their recommendation, I authorized the repair and paid $1,509.88. Unfortunately, the repair did not fix the problem, and my vehicle continued to blow warm air. When I returned less than a month later, I was told that the newly installed compressor was failing and that I needed an additional repair costing over $1,700. I was also disappointed to learn that I had not been provided a complete breakdown of the recommended repairs before authorizing the original work. The most frustrating part of this experience was the lack of communication and inconsistent information I received from different employees. When I asked questions about the diagnosis and repairs, I was met with conflicting explanations and, at times, unprofessional customer service. To verify the diagnosis, I obtained a second opinion from a Honda dealership. The dealership did not recommend the additional repairs suggested by Christian Brothers Automotive, which raised further concerns about the accuracy of the original diagnosis and repair recommendations. I trusted Christian Brothers Automotive to properly diagnose and repair my vehicle, but after spending over $1,500, I am still dealing with the same issue. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location and would encourage other customers to ask for detailed documentation and second opinions before authorizing major repairs. First time going to your business. Staff is very friendly and welcoming staff. I give Giselle an A+ for the service I recieved. She is very knowledgeable young lady, in explaining details what my truck needed. I will be returning back for more services. I hope to see her there again.

They are always professional and you can trust them to give you the best service and price and in most cases only OEM parts are used. When an OEM price is too high from the dealer they will get you the same part for less by going directly to the manufacturer of the OEM part. The OEM part is always better than one from an auto parts store and will save you money in the long run.
