I made an appointment for state inspection and was told it would take 45 to 60 mins. Most of auto shops take 15-20min to do the basic inspection, but Christian Brothers did the thorough check up on oils, cabin and air filters, and gave me itemized reminder and recommendations of 100K maintenance, for free. The waiting area has coffee, hot chocolate, and convenient charging station next to some books. Overall it was a great experience.
View on GoogleI took my car to Christian Brothers thinking I needed a whole new transmission based on the issues it was having, but Keenan was honest and forthcoming and advised it was actually just an electrical issue caused by poor workmanship from a previous repair. That alone saved me thousands of dollars. I really appreciated his transparency and the time he took to explain everything. Since then, I’ve become a loyal customer and brought in my other vehicle for service. Great experience every time! Super professional and easy to talk to. Definitely recommend!

I have had some pretty substantial work done at this location, and every time the staff has been thorough, clear and understanding in their communication. They really go out of their way to provide exceptional service at every level. And the work performed is top notch, done by some of the most skilled and thorough technicians in Houston. My service advisor through this experience was Jesus— special shout out for the clear and timely communication. He was very detail oriented, kept me updated throughout the entire process, and made sure I understood everything that was going on. Good communication goes a long way, and he definitely delivered on that. Car issues are never fun, but he made the experience smooth and stress free.
