I want to say everyone was very nice and welcome you with a big smile as you entered the building, I don't know the youg man name that greeted me when I entered but he was very nice and answered all my questions, Mr. Gary took care of me, when everything was done he let me know any concerns he saw that needed to be address, the technician Mr.Stephen did a wonderful job checking the car thrally, I also want to say the restroom was in ranks with Buc'es very nice and clean smell good too, but what really stood out for me was in a area in the coner was a table with a Bilble and a sign that said something like what or how can we pray for you and there was a tablet where you could write what you needed prayer for, I thought that was amazing. Going forward when purchasing a vehicle I will have them to check it out, they are very thrall. Thank you Christian Brother's 02/2026

I got scammed by this place twice now. I gave them the second chance but they proved themselves scammers twice. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS AND THEIR INCOMPETENT TECHNICIANS!!! The first time I brought my car before a long distance trip because my windshield fluid did not spray out and my trunk did not lock. The technician at this place said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car. The lock worked fine. I took the front desk guy out to show him that the trunk did not lock with the key. Came to find out, the technician checked the lock on my side door instead of the trunk and did not even read the part about my windshield fluid and said the fluid was full so there was nothing wrong. I put in complaint but no store manager called me. The second time I brought my car in for an oil change and tire alignment. The front guy tried to convince me for more services which cost more than $1000. I was not thinking clearly because I had an emergency that day so I let him charge me $500 deposit for the services they did not provide to bring my car back in the future. The next day I came back to ask for my $500. The guy ended up charging me $500 twice total to $1000. When I saw 2 transactions of $500 on my credit card, I put in a complaint... still waiting for this scamming company to give me back my hard earned money. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS and THEIR INCOMPETENT TECHNICIANS.

I say this sincerely, but I thank God and ALL my Angels that Christian Brothers Automotive exists. They are very kind, respectable for your circumstances and there was a moment I had to reschedule consistently and they never made me feel uncomfortable or strange, and always happy to help and courteous with their Time. I finally was able to get my vehicle, needed a tune-up and A/C fixed and the prices were reasonable and affordable too. Now my vehicle feels new and loving my A/C fixed, due to this Hot Texas Summer we are about to experience. Once again, Thank you to all who work at Christian Brothers Automotive.

Some of the best service I have ever experienced. I had the opportunity to work with Cody as my advisor he was knowledgeable, transparent, Great customer service and accommodating beyond belief. I would recommend them 100% not only will you get a great job done but you get a great environment and great people.

Well , Everytime I have a mechanical issue, they have fixed the problems and even found other things that need work,but would let you fix what's more important and come back and fix the less-important issues later. All in All ,Christian Brothers is a Great Company with Very Dedicated and trustworthy people that actually care about Customer Service and their Community too.
