I had an amazing experience at Brake Check on FM 1960 in Houston. I originally went in just to have my brake pads checked because something didn’t feel right with my brakes. Dave and the team took the time to thoroughly inspect everything and explained exactly what my car needed. By the time I left, they had replaced all my brake pads and rotors, installed brand new tires, did my alignment, changed my brake fluid, checked everything, and even topped off my windshield wiper fluid. They really went above and beyond to make sure my car was in excellent condition. When I drove away, my car honestly felt like I was driving a brand-new vehicle. The ride was smooth, the braking felt perfect, and everything was done professionally and efficiently. A huge thank you to Dave for taking great care of me and giving me an excellent deal. I was honestly surprised at how reasonable the price was considering everything that was done. I will definitely be coming back here for any future service. If you need honest, reliable, and high-quality car service in Houston, this is the place to go. You will not regret it!

The guys at the shop were great! Went in because another shop that did my Alignment didn't do it right ..went in there showed that I had 3 year warranty on my Alignment and without Hesitation, they had me on the ramp, readjusting my alignment and showing me the things that weren't done right.Much appreciated for the Excellent communication.Will, definitely, go back in also send Referrals!

View on GoogleWent in for an alignment and left very disappointed with the experience. I arrived at 3:50 PM and wasn’t spoken to until 4:05 PM. I was then told it would be about a 30–40 minute wait before the car would be serviced, which was completely reasonable. However, by 4:50 PM we were still sitting in the waiting room, despite the two customers ahead of us already being finished. Our car had still not even been touched. We waited an additional 20 minutes before finally deciding to leave. I understand places can get busy, but there was no accountability or communication regarding the time management. I know Brake Check is capable of providing good service, which is why this experience was especially disappointing. Unfortunately, after this visit, I will not be returning.
