Brake and Tire Check

I will never step foot in this place again. Even the AutoZone next door warned me about this shop. The employee there mentioned they constantly see customers coming from Break Check just to get their check engine lights diagnosed after work was done there. That alone should’ve been my sign to stay away. My experience: I brought my car in at 11:30 AM for a brake job—specifically asking for all four rotors to be resurfaced, new brake pads, and a brake fluid flush. Like most shops, they recommended additional services, and I agreed, knowing it might take several hours. What I didn’t expect was: My car not being ready by the end of the day Having to wait until the NEXT DAY Still not getting my car back until 12 PM That’s nearly a full day and a half for a brake job. Even worse, when I finally got the car back, my sensors were not working properly. Multiple warning lights and hazards appeared on my dashboard, and the car didn’t even brake correctly. That’s a serious safety issue. The service itself was careless. They didn’t properly support the calipers and just let them hang, which can damage components. If something breaks due to that kind of negligence, they’ll likely try to blame it on your vehicle—just like they tried to do with me. To top it off, the manager was rude and acted like he was doing me a favor, even after they clearly mishandled the job. I paid $572 for this experience, and it was absolutely not worth it. I would rather spend extra at a dealership than deal with this kind of service again. Bottom line: Poor workmanship, terrible customer service, and unsafe results. Avoid this place. Or you might need an uber home also.

The job was done efficiently mechanics were very knowledgeable and they knew what they were doing. Only problem I had was the time it took to get the parts that everything else was exceptional.

I'm so happy that I got the 3 year alignment plan!! I've had to get a lot of repair work done on the car lately & it's so great to be able to get multiple alignments, as suggested after each major repair, for $4. Amazing!! I'm also very pleased with everyone at several Brake Check locations. They have been friendly, professional & accomodating.

Jesse was great. Excellent service. I think the other guy I spoke to was named Michael but I’m not sure. Black man with locks. Also was very professional. Will return to this location.

This is the second time this company broke my wheel lock for my BMW. Stay for away if your car has a wheel lock. My wheel lock was brand new. I went in to have a flat repaired. They patched the flat but I noticed my steering wheel vibrating. I took it back and told them. That’s when they broke my wheel lock and couldn’t extract my tired. I was told that they were waiting on a part to take off the tire so they could balance my tires. After two hours I left because they couldn’t get my tire off. BMW is charging me $250 to take off my tire and o have to purchase a new wheel lock. Instead of brake check and tire offering to compensate me, they are trying to tell me about a control arm, no sir!! You all can’t even use a wheel lock . Mind you the wheel lock was brand new.
