They put a motor in that took forever vehicle never ran right since exhaust system bolts. Keep coming out from the motor. Keep taking it back to one still keep coming out of the motor for some strange reason all the electric in the vehicle then wired all jacked up I do not believe they change anything new when they replace the motor of they put all the old parts in the old motor back to the new motor, cause the vehicle still turning off every 5 to 10 miles like it did before I took the truck in before the new motor got Install Now I have a big giant work truck still parked can’t drive it unless I’m going 5 miles down the street and it just shut off by itself same thing a day before they fixed it so something else goes wrong besides that motor day replaced

Horrible experience First I had my car alignment serviced and noticed that steering wheel is tilted it was not even Later on noticing that steering wheel is not aligned properly went to the “Big Ten Auto Shop” and they said they will charge it again Double charge for one single alignment service Not recommended Poor costumers service and communication If you are going there you are paying twice like I did :(

you gave me a motor in my truck and is still having stalling issues since day one I got it out the shop I wanted a rebuilt motor and they put a motor in. I guess out of somebody else’s vehicle got the truck missing boats and nuts from motor area also have air intake problem. They gave me a truck with the check engine light on told me that the check engine light will As I drive it the Check engine light still on In the truck still stalls . They say they test drive it. I’m quite sure when they test drive it for the 1015 minutes it might not install But this is my work truck. I have to go to lease 3 to 4 homes a day to do repairs and installs so I do not recommend this shop for accuracy or a great mechanic work. I wish I would have took my truck to the original people that put this engine in at first because lease it lasted five years before I had any issues. and when I got my truck back from the original people who put the engine in Off of 529 for a day was located is where I was gonna take the truck to before I had Big Ten check it to see what’s wrong with it and three days later they told me I need a new motor and I told him I hit it up there within five minutes but when I got there, they already had the motor out of my truck. I was disappointed because I was really wanted to take my truck back to 529 where they actually put a motor in. I know the motor because they let you pick out of 10 motors they have in the shop. So so I had no choice. Let them put the motor in because they had it out They said they had it out to show me that the engine was bad to look inside. All of my security cameras was working on my truck Before they start working on my truck and by the time, I got my truck back almost 7 to 8 months later not a single camera work. All five cameras was either not working or the wiring was actually cut. in my work truck mysteriously, no one knows how it happened but I got blamed for it from MANAGEMENT even though I didn’t even have a truck in my possession. The main thing is, I have to take this truck to another mechanic for they can fix it right. I was driving my truck before I took it to them and it was stalling. In months later I get it back and it’s still stalling and the check engine light never went off on my truck like MANAGEMENT told me it would Daphne got my truck back a lot worse than it was before.
