Needed 4 tpms sensors for my car. Was greeted at the door. Staff is not knowledgeable about what they are selling. Asked what brand of sensor is it? They don’t know. Finally they go in the back and bring out a sensor. Sensors made by Autel, retail for about $30. They wanted $80 for each sensor, plus mounting, plus tire rotation. I waited for over half an hour, no customers in the store, employees sitting around bs-ing. Car still sitting in the parking lot. I decided enough is enough so I left. They call me asking if I would come back, they would compensate me for time..etc. Long story short, I went to a large chain, discount competitor. Continental brand sensors, $60 each which included mounting and tire rotation. I even purchased 2 tires. Store was packed and they had me in and out in a little over an hour. In today’s business environment customers don’t have time for sub par service and high prices. If you’re going to charge top dollar you better be damn sure your service is top notch.

The owner Dave … VERY RUDE. I came in to get an alignment that I already knew I needed. The mechanic drove my car to the back & came back in less than 5 minutes saying he couldn’t do my alignment bc I needed a part. Okay cool. I went inside to see how much the part would be and instead they charged me $30 and said it was for the “mechanics knowledge “ bc he tested my car and yes it came back stating I needed an alignment! DUHHHH! Moving forward Dave comes out and say a whole bunch of nothing, slide my keys across the desk and basically said I can go else where. Find somewhere better. Charging someone $30 for something they already knew they needed is crazy!
View on GoogleRecently I needed a new front passenger tire. I could've gone to a place I frequented before but, I chose a place closer to my job Beasley Tire off 59N in Houston Texas. As soon as I stepped in the front door I was greeted by a representative who's first question was "How can we help you"? From then on Roberto the salesman helping me asked me a ton of questions to find out information needed to give me the Best possible choices. I asked him about an alignment so, he offered the shop to inspect my truck to see what was needed to get this done. Not only did I get informed about a serious issue with my truck but, there was no Charge for the inspection. Roberto gave me a Great deal for the tire and instalation better than the competition. Once I get some repairs done I will be back for another tire. They offer Public and Commercial services. I Highly recommend them.
