Returned my truck with cabin filters uninstalled and the glove box off. Only replaced after I directed their attention to it. They also forgot to remove the old oil change sticker and didn’t place a new one. Wait time was longer than I feel it should have been, 2 hours for oil change and tire rotation when I was the only one in the store. They said someone new was working, but to me that shows a lack of guidance from experienced staff. Maybe I just got them on an off day, as most other reviews are fairly good. I won’t be back though.

Is and has been a really good automotive service and repair shop. They haven't done as much yet to my vehicle, a 2020 Toyota Corolla, but I plan to have work done later at least here. So far, I have brought my old vehicle, a 2010 Ford Focus, here, for new necessary only motor mounts and an oil change at a reasonable price. For my newer vehicle, they saw how it's front right just barely hit a curb to only break that sides wheel hub bearing, and the other one aged so they replaced them well, although there's a bit of a creaking, rubbing sound, maybe only when turning the steering wheel when backing up out of the driveway for a POSSIBLE WARRANTY ISSUE. Also have friendly, helpful staff, and what seem to be knowledgeable enough technicians.

This is a red flag post, and a warning to get a second opinion after Auto Fix (in Cypress) gives you a quote. I stopped in to get my brakes checked, and was told that I had only 20% left on my front brakes. I was quoted a price, but had just a bad gut feeling about it. I took my car to Skeeters and was told my brakes are in great shape, as the photos will prove. Shame on Auto Fix for trying to scam a senior citizen who’s on a fixed income!!! They don’t even deserve one star!

Great service and transparent prices! When our truck would not start in the parking lot of St. John’s Lutheran Church across the street from AutoFix, Megan drove her own truck out to give us a jump and do a quick diagnostic test. We were so thankful she went out of the way to help us. We learned both our starter and our battery needed replacement. AutoFix was able to provide us with the exact part number for the starter we needed to purchase and agreed to install it after we purchased it on our own to save a little money. We got a quote right over the phone and they had our truck ready in a couple of hours. Highly recommend them!

Came to get both my cars inspected after moving out here, the staff is incredibly friendly and informative for someone moving from out of state. Super happy to have such a friendly place nearby. Was in and out for both vehicles in under an hour and that's setting up a customer profile with new vehicles and everything.
