Waiting time horrible. The only real warranty is that your car will be missing screws. Not help resolving mechanic problems creating more. Lack of responsibility, honesty and professionalism. I recently had new brakes installed, but they began squeaking immediately after I left the shop. Furthermore, the mechanics consistently found additional issues to repair, resulting in repeated visits on a weekly basis. Despite my complaints about the subpar work, they were disregarded. I was stuck in a cycle of supposedly 'fixed' parts that never seemed to end, with new problems arising every time I left the shop. It appeared that the mechanics were not resolving issues, but rather creating new ones. Consequently, I wasted hundreds and thousands of dollars on repairs that yielded no value or return. There was a complete lack of transparency throughout the process. I am extremely disappointed. I had my car serviced just last week, and it broke down only four days later. Upon inspection, I discovered that my car had been leaking from multiple areas, and the transmission shifter was broken with several missing screws, not just the one I had reported. I paid a substantial amount, believing my car was being properly maintained. Unfortunately, I have found the work to be subpar, with no sense of responsibility or shame. I have visited the shop multiple times, spending a significant amount of money on mechanics who seem to be more interested in charging customers than providing quality service. I strongly advise against using this shop and instead recommend seeking the services of a reputable and honest mechanic who can provide professional and transparent repairs. I would be happy to provide a referral to someone who has consistently demonstrated a commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction.

Scam and Fraud. They do NOT fix your car, instead they take away and damage parts of your car to keep you returning. I didn’t figure this out until my car was SO DAMAGED beyond repair. These people are HORRIBLE. DO NOT COME HERE unless you want to be left without a car.

Adrian was very professional and helpful to fix my electrical issue with my mitsubishi. He seemed very honest and definitely didn't overcharge me like a lot of mechanics have in the past. I will be returning for any other issues i have with my vehicles. I highly recommend this shop.

DONT GO HERE!! I went to get an oil change and took my OWN oil which was expensive. My car messed up a few weeks after and turns out they put a different kind of oil in it. They send you to the little room so you don’t see what they’re really doing to your car. My dad went to complain and they ignored him and made him wait for hours when they had no customers. I’ll be suing.

Just make sure you keep checking with the manager (the guy with the glasses). He will give preference to other customers, make up stories when it's your turn and lie in the review responses. Make sure you remind him that you are waiting in line, else he will put you in the back of the line. He will not accept his mistake and won't properly communicate with you. And he thinks talking lies in the review responses will keep his status clean.
