I wish to express my gratitude to Adam and the team for their exceptional work, maintaining a clean and organized work environment. They meticulously inspected my vehicle, identifying and addressing every issue. They informed me of the necessary tasks to complete the job and why they are essential. Additionally, without me having to inquire, they offered a rental vehicle, demonstrating their commitment to excellent customer service. This display of traditional values is greatly appreciated and serves as a valuable reminder. Thank you.

"great hospitality, fast service, and transparent customer service." was my original 5⭐ review. I have to rescind my rating due to the awful experience I had after my original repair. I took my car in for an oil change, and they upsold me repairs to my suspension and fuel injection system. Most of the repairs were necessary. they fixed the suspension same day, which was nice. I picked up my car and noticed there was vibration at high speed. I paid a huge premium on their service because their warranty and complimatary shuttles was appealing. It took them 2 full days to diagnose the bigger problem, spending most of the time on a simple sway bar fix that was not the root cause. I kept trying to call for updates, but after every "we'll call you right back" was another 90 minutes of no contact. I had to miss family dinner and two full days of work because they were lethargic and not transparent. They didn't have any loaner vehicles available, and offered to comp taxi service. However, they wanted me to keep the car there while I paid for ubers, they were quoting me another 1.3k for an axle bearing internally failing. I took my car to a trusted family mechanic on the other side of the city and they fixed it the same day for a small fraction of the cost. Adam's has good mechanics and nice people, but the gaps in service are not worth paying their exorbitant prices.

If there were a way to give more than five stars, I absolutely would! Let me start by saying not all businesses are created equal, and Adams proved that today by going above and beyond. I’m in town for my son’s basketball tournament and unfortunately ended up with a nail in my tire. I first stopped at Firestone since it was the closest location, but they told me it would cost $22 and take about three hours. Needless to say, I left. Thankfully, I called Adams, and they answered right away and were more than happy to help. Not only did they take care of me quickly, but this was also the cleanest and nicest tire shop I’ve ever seen. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Just wanted to take a moment to genuinely appreciate a business that still knows how to treat people the right way. Highly recommend!

Being new to Cypress, when I got their coupon in the mail about a month after buying a used vehicle with iffy maintenance history, I figured I’d try them out—anything had to be better than what I was experiencing at a certain drive thru oil change shop just down the street. The second I walked into the Cypress location back in October, I was greeted by Demaris (apologies if that’s spelt incorrectly) who showed me the entire shop and was willing to walk me through exactly what was going on with my vehicle outside of what I knew it needed (oil change and a consistently flat tire from a faulty suspension). He worked with me to figure out what services we could reasonably do with the financing he set me up with, got me a ride back home to get some work meetings finished, and then a ride back to the shop to pick up my car. It was *humming* for the first time since I’ve owned it—in a good way! I went back in December to get all new tires and another couple of things done off the list. Went back again this past Sunday for another oil change and the last thing on the list to have my car running and fully maintained at 135k miles. No push to get any service, just straight-up education to make sure I was able to make an informed decision to uphold my investment. Today, however, was special: I got a flat tire at 5:15 pm. Called the tow truck, and then called the store—I’d be arriving at 6:15, after closing time. Their response: “no problem, get here safely and we’ll see what it needs” I do believe Demaris went above and beyond today, and I want to make sure he gets his kudos! My tire just went flat as a result of the drastic temp change, but Demaris stayed 30 min after closing to a)make sure I got there safely and didn’t need a ride elsewhere, b) figure out himself what was actually going on with the tire, and c) filled up all of my tires himself. Now, it’s a waiting game to see if the tire doesn’t actually have a slow leak or something more serious, but I’m grateful to Adam’s and Demaris for their commitment to their customers’ investments and safety. Definitely a customer for life now.
