Purchased 2 used tires for $120 . One tire was warped and my vehicle started shaking in the rear. Went back to hear it's a used tire no warranty. I'm talking a matter of minutes. I wouldn't buy air from these crooks. Definitely disputing charge. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
View on GoogleNever go this store please never. I bought two used tires and then they put them. two days after I checked them one of them was different one of them was different size. I told them they put another same size tire but a kid did this job he didn’t check tire after replacement it, that was blown. I tried put a patch however it didn’t work. I went to store third times. That guy said we couldn’t take it anymore actually he doesn’t know English he say only no no it cannot be fixed. I was so angry

I came here for tire replacement initially and unexpected broken half lug nut stud from wheel (in the area at the time) Jose and Juan helped me. So professional and they even advised me on what I need to take care of in the future. I would definitely come back here! First impression is so important and they made me happy today with their work ethic and professionalism ! Thank you
View on GoogleI came to get tires. Fine, I got tires. They do alignments at their other shop so I go over there to get an alignment. In the middle of the alignment the tech comes and tells me that my tie rod disconnected like I'm stupid (I just installed them). If that's the case how did it get into the garage. Because I didn't drive it into the garage and 45 minutes later you didn't tell me at the beginning of the alignment that this was an issue. Long story short they asked for more money they didn't complete the alignment and they put my lock nuts on so tight that I had to break one of them off. I do mechanic work, so I'm pretty sure this was done intentionally. They were also speaking Spanish so when the tech said $25 more you can hear the girl over the phone saying 50. No no no Cincuenta. They also recommended that I replace my rack and pinion and the sheet that they gave me obviously said that they didn't complete the alignment but they didn't tell me that they just let me go on my way. Nothing is wrong with my rack and pinion nothing was wrong with my tie rods the only thing that's wrong is a sway link and I replace that the next day. For the price and the service I expected, but I probably shouldn't have went to a tire shop asking for an alignment. They're the main reason I do most of my own mechanic work. I went to them for convenience. And they definitely inconvenience me because I have to take the bus back to work come pick up my car later. Enter at your own risk and expect to pay more on top of the low prices always and check their work.
