I used this company’s mobile mechanic service after my battery warning light came on and my car nearly stalled on the highway. The mechanic came to my location and told me it could be a sensor issue. He replaced the sensor and charged me for parts and labor — $399.21 on my debit card and an additional $119.06 via Zelle, totaling over $500. Unfortunately, just two days later my vehicle completely shut down and had to be towed. Another mechanic quickly diagnosed the problem as the alternator. Spending over $500 and still ending up stranded is extremely frustrating. I relied on the initial diagnosis during a stressful situation and expected proper testing before replacing parts. I understand that repairs can sometimes be trial and error, but customers should not have to pay significant amounts for a repair that does not resolve the issue. I would strongly advise requesting written diagnostics, proof of testing, and warranty information before authorizing repairs. My vehicle failed again on the freeway and had to be towed. It was diagnosed as an alternator issue. The sensor replacement did not resolve the problem. I am requesting a refund before disputing the charge with my bank.

After wasting money with a different mechanic, I was happy to find this young man to repair my daughter’s Lexus! He not only fixed the issue but also found and repaired problems created by the other mechanic. I highly recommend him!

View on GoogleCorey is awesome! I highly recommend! I was stranded with an overheating car. Coolant leaking bad. All the nearby shops were closed on Sunday. Did a quick Google search and found "A" Quality Mobile Services. Called and he got to me rather quickly! He found the problem and fixed it in about an hour. I was impressed he actually had the part needed to fix my old 2006 Pontiac! And the cost was reasonable too! Definitely recommend Corey!💯😎
