I am EXTREMELY pleased with the exceptional service I’ve received from this location, specially the manager Anthony. I was referred his shop and specifically ask for Anthony by another Automotive repair shop. Since first speaking with Anthony and explaining to him the situation with my car and the quotes I’d received from the dealership he has been nothing but understanding and incredibly helpful! He even had my vehicle picked up and towed to his shop AT NO COST TO ME!! He ran his diagnostics to confirm that the issues I had been told were accurate. Throughout the process of him finding parts and working with my warranty company he was sure to update me practically everyday and keep me up to speed. He made it his business to keep my out of pocket expenses as low as possible. After all I did need both a new transmission and catalytic converter. After repairs were complete, I picked up my vehicle and was reassured that if I have any issues or notice anything to bring it back. I did have to bring it back as I’d noticed some issues, and as promised he did his due diligence to see what the issue was. Auto repairs are always a nightmare but dealing with Anthony definitely was the complete opposite. I will be coming here for all future repairs, hopefully not on this vehicle specifically lol but on future vehicles as well. Thank you again Anthony, you’re truly a godsend!

My daughter needed her truck’s transmission replaced, and although I was coordinating some of it from another state, the entire process was handled with professionalism, patience, and care. Anthony went above and beyond to make what could have been a stressful situation feel smooth and manageable. This is what I call true leadership and exceptional customer service. Anthony represents your company with excellence, and in my opinion, he is more than deserving of recognition and Employee of the Year would be well earned! Brought my Corvette here to get a main seal replaced. Said it would take about a week and cost $1200. This was a car that was restored after being previously wrecked. When they started working on it they found out the bell housing was cracked. Which makes sense because it was undercarriage damaged during the wreck that we repaired. They had to order another bell housing so it ended up taking about two weeks to complete. With that being said, they overestimated the cost of the seal replacement so they didn't charge me anything extra for replacing the bell housing so it was still only $1200. After I left I had an issue with the car which I later found out was due to the camshaft bolt that my previous mechanic reused when we changed the pulley but it was supposed to be a one time use. At the time I didn't know this because it had issues on my way home from picking it up. I called them and they sent a tow truck to pick it up. Once they got it there they found out it was the bolt that was loose, which didn't have to do with the work they did. Even though it didn't, they took the time to tighten the bolt for me so I could take it to a shop that works on those things so I could replace the bolt. After all of this they STILL didn't charge me for the tow truck or tightening the bolt. And this was not an easy bolt to access and tighten, it took almost an hour. So all in all, they replaced my main seal, the bell housing, towed my car and tightened the camshaft bolt, all for the original $1200 I agreed to in the first place before taking it in to them. When I first took it there, I honestly felt overcha for something I would have expected to pay less for. But after receiving everything I did, I can for sure say that I was undercharged for the entire service and parts. They are good people and could have just kept charging me the entire time, especially considering it's Corvette, but they didn't, which makes them both trustworthy and honest. Not much more you can ask for. If I ever have issues again, I will be doing business with them again, and in my opinion, you can trust them with your business too.

I had the most wonderful experience at this location. All of the staff to the assistant manager and the owner were very welcoming. My vehicle was diagnosed free of charge and a plan was laid out. Due to the delay in parts, it took a little longer than expected for completion of the work, but at the end, the owner was able to call in a favor to obtain a replacement for a damaged part days earlier than anticipated. I was so thrilled that I couldn't believe it! Well, I didn't pinch myself, but returned the rental and picked up my vehicle with much gratitude!

I had the best experience at the A+ Transmissions on Dairy Ashford. The staff and the manager Anthony were fantastic. I needed a specialized Audi part and they called around several shops and found it the day before Thanksgiving when most shops were closed, found it, and then went and picked it up and installed same day. Super service and great people. 5 Stars for sure. Thank you!
