I was one of the unfortunates to have bought a vehicle from a local dealership that had "no issues" just to drive it home and find out the transmission was bad. A Plus was recommended by a coworker. From the very beginning, their communication was outstanding. They kept me informed throughout the entire transmission rebuild process, explained everything clearly, and were always available to answer my questions. They also provided me with options that were more affordable to what exactly they recommended to be rebuild it to pretty much OEM. The quality of their work was exceptional, and the transmission performs flawlessly. What really sets them apart is that they didn't just complete the rebuild and send me on my way—they went above and beyond to make sure everything was operating exactly as it should by having me come back after driving it for a few weeks. They thoroughly tested the vehicle, addressed every concern, and took the time to ensure I was completely satisfied with the results. Their warranty provided tremendous peace of mind and showed that they truly stand behind their work. It's rare to find a business that combines technical expertise, honesty, customer service, and accountability at this level. I decided to have my in-laws’ truck transmission rebuilt based solely on the excellent reviews, and overall, the repair process was smooth. From the initial phone call, Julio made everything easy and straightforward, which we really appreciated. It’s been two weeks since the rebuild, and the transmission has been working great so far. The only issue we experienced was that my mother-in-law had left a $50 bill in the center console before the service, and after picking up the truck, it had been replaced with a $20 bill. The fact that the money appeared to have been swapped left a negative impression and raised concerns about personal belongings left inside the vehicle. I would still recommend the shop based on the quality of the work and customer service, but I also suggest removing or securing any valuables before dropping off your vehicle.

They took the time to explain what was going on with my vehicle in a way I could understand and didn’t pressure me into unnecessary repairs. The work was done in a timely manner, and my car is running smoothly again. I really appreciated their communication and the level of care they showed throughout the process. It’s not easy finding a trustworthy shop, but I felt confident I was in good hands here. I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone needing transmission work.

Jon, Julio, and Bo are awesome! I had my transmission maintenance done here after calling around to a few different shops and still not really understanding whether I even needed my transmission fluid changed. They took the time to explain the whole process clearly and made me feel comfortable with the service. Other shops were quoting me anywhere from $150–$350 for a transmission fluid drain and fill, but these guys were honest, fair, and very affordable. They didn’t try to upsell me on anything I didn’t need and took great care of my vehicle. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust these days, especially one that offers quality work at a reasonable price. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and affordable service!

My first time getting a transmission flush on my car.. Toyota was way over priced so I did some research & found this place & my mechanic co-signed. So I scheduled a morning appointment. Place was clean staff was friendly & service to my car was precise. I would highly recommend this place you won’t be disappointed!
