I came across this tire shop on social media and a friend recommendation. After shopping around with other shops I went with 45 T&W since their communication was great, personable, and patient. They explained everything with reassurance and provided examples/pictures. They were also the best price! Douglas has been amazing. I did have a small concern which they immediately addressed without question. Which made me feel secure in my decision on going with them. They also installed my spare tire support and light extension at no cost because they care about their customers satisfaction over making a few bucks. Thank you Douglas and 45 T&W. My Bronco looks beautiful...the lift, tires, and wheels were done perfectly!

Absolutely blown away by the service here! These guys know their craft inside and out. They got me on the schedule right away and jumped straight into the work. The custom lettering came out clean and sharp, and the fresh color on my calipers completely transformed the look of my truck — it pops now. The attention to detail from the shop crew all the way to the storefront was top-notch. I’m beyond impressed and will 100% be recommending this place to anyone who wants their ride looking its best.

The WORST experience I’ve ever had at any Wheel place. Went to have a tire patch, and balanced. Once I received the price, I told them to balance all 4 tires. The vehicle is now riding worst than originally. After the work was finished, I went to check their work, the employee CAME OUTSIDE TO ME AND MY VEHICLE to say he didn’t appreciate me checking after their work! He said they did a good job and that should be enough. Then he proceeded to start an argument with me when I told him I spent my money and wanted to check behind their work. He was very disrespectful and threatened to do bodily harm to me. This place is TRASH!!! And, for me I give it a 0/10….. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
