2 stars because the job got done but these guys are ripping people off. First they tried to charge me 25 for a patch: so I go whoa wait a minute I can get a used tire for $35 so they put a used one on. My total out the door was $51 when I’ve come here before they charge me no more that 35$! Then told me people thinking we will always charge the same price all the time is crazy. Wow that’s great customer service so I’ll just be taking my business back across the street where I should’ve gone to begin with because those guys aren’t total rip offs and charge what everyone charges for a USED TIRE $35. Bye Felicia! Go to Greenville tire across the street.

DO NOT USE THIS TIRE SHOP! I had a tired plugged 3 days ago. I went in today to show them the rim they bent and scratched when they were beating it, the manager said I'd hit a curb. Ive owned my car for 4 years and never hit a curb, not even a scratch or a dent on my car. Needless to say they bent my rim, i went across the street to Greenville Tire shop and sure enough, Trax didn't even have the tire on properly, which explains why my tire was wobbling. After Greenville Tire replaced my tire, I let him know what happened across the street! AVOID THIS PLACE. THE MANAGER WILL TAKE NO RESPONSIBILITY!!!!

Fixed a flat for me,missed where they marked the valve stem by about 3 inches..watched him remove my tire weight and never put it back on..tire was out of balance and rode.like shit..went to a real tire store and just bought 2 new tires..wouldn't not suggest going there.
