Great shop, great people, great work. Jason and his crew put out great work and will help you understand the process and figure out what you need or what you are looking for. Very happy as a repeat customer. Will definitely come back for anything else I need done on my truck. 10/10
View on GoogleExcellent customer service! Gilbert, the owner, and Jason took great care of me. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10 - highly recommend these guys. Took my truck in for a leveling kit, new tires/ alignment, and ranch hand installed. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. They did the alignment that day and wanted me to drive it for a couple days and then come back to tweak the alignment even better. They even followed up a few days later asking when they could expect to see me - I came back in and they took it out on 3 different test drives - tweaking the alignment each time to make sure it was perfect. They did not cut any corners. The wife and I will be taking our vehicles here every time for any maintenance or work needed!

View on GoogleTexas Lonestar Customs was great. My 2008 Ford Escape had a scary issue where it was stuck in reverse even though the shifter showed park. Turns out the transmission cable had gotten disconnected. They diagnosed it quickly and got it fixed the same day. Super fast, professional, and honest. Definitely recommend them.
View on GoogleWow....Jason is phenomenal. I was privy to a customer whom brought his vehicle stating he had a noise in his brakes and concerned. Jason test drove and could not duplicate described noise, brought into shop and with the tech performed an inspection. Report back to customer was pads are in excellent condition and have plenty of life left, no scoring noted on rotors, and no other issues identified. Okay please tell me if I am wrong, 99 out of 100 repair facilities would find and issue, whether factual or not, Not Jason. Even the customer was shocked as was I. My reason for a visit was a set of side steps I had purchased from Amazon, I brought in to have installed. Done in an extremely timely manner, and for a very reasonable charge. Lesson, if your looking for an over the top facility to perform repairs on your vehicle, and do so with skill and professionalism, look know further, for honesty and integrity is abundant at Texas Lonestar Customs. Jason is top notch and has earned respect in my book...
