My son and I had a great experience with everyone. The team is professional, yet personable. We didn’t know what was wrong with our RAV4, but they were patient with us in going back and forth on discussing our concerns, which I had a hard time describing. Even though I wasn’t able to provide much details, they discovered the issue and were honest about my options to repair. They didn’t pressure me or give me a report of urgency. I was told it wasn’t urgent but that it needed attention. I appreciated the honesty. They even corrected an error without charge with my oil level another company did incorrectly. Our car is running great and I feel so much better having my son drive the car to and from work and church.
