Sadly, we prepaid for a motor to be exchanged in one of our cars and unfortunately, they stole our money, and will not return it not fixing our car... Someone let me know that again there is problem personally again. Anyone that cannot afford to return someone's couple of grand with dignity and fairness and the desire to treat people the way they want to be treated appears to suffer from something that has caused to them to deceive us... I love used cars and I bought one that I wanted Jerry to do all the it prepares on everybody knows old cars need to know lots of work... I finally just bought a brand new one because I could not get care i paid for and I'll have been also one paying for a replacement part that never happened.... There is one lady that paid them $8000 to replace an engine that they never did. Replace And send it to her anyway.... It is my prayer. That someone can, I can' help him because God promises there is no failure and the return of everyone we wrong... Sadly we never dreamt he was a very unkind, unbelievable businessman, that is not able to have respect or dignity... thanks to God in heaven it was just a small amount of a few thousand but that lady that paid eight thousand she got the most able act upon her we all how to witness ... People don't understand that when God returns to us all, we do, it comes at the most elder parts of our days... I have lived long enough to have had witnessed people using elderly people that became poor unable to eat old people.... I hope someone can go ask what help he really needs...

They got my truck in and out very fast. 1 day to install brake pads on all 4 wheels. The dealership would have taken 3 days plus twice the price. Would recommend.

Very disappointed in Jerry's Garage. Took a car in to have a new motor put in around the middle of October 2022, after Jerry said it would not be a problem. Paid for the motor up front so Jerry would not have to float the money for the motor, not thinking he would ignore the car for a year. Would call about the car, and would always get the answer, "it will be ready next week". Almost a year later, the car is still sitting in Jerry's garage, motor not installed, sitting in front of the car, tools and dust on top of the car. Even after going up to the garage to speak with Jerry in person almost weekly, I would get the same answer--"I'll have it ready next week". It is now October 2023, the car is still not ready, and still not getting anything other than "we are working on it". I have never encountered such disregard for work ethic and professionalism. There is no excuse to have someone's vehicle for a year without an attempt to work on it. I do not normally write a review for a business unless it is a good one, but I am definitely making an exception today. Enough is enough, but what can you do? I am at a loss. Unable to get the car, paid for the motor up front, and 1 year later still without a vehicle. Unacceptable! I would not recommend Jerry's Garage to anyone!

We left our vehicle at Jerry's in July of 2022. We were told it needed a new transmission. He said our vehicle wasn't worth a new transmission so he started looking for a rebuilt one. Finally in November of 2022 he said he found one for $1500.00, so we gave him the money, and are still waiting for our car in Feb 2024. He told us he stored it out back and rats destroyed the wiring. It's been sitting in the same spot since at least June 2023. He promised to pay to get it fixed,but he never does anything he promises. Just puts us off. We have used him for years and he's changed so much, so sorry he's become so untrustworthy.😢

I have a v10 ‘94 dodge with a 8 inch lift 2 inch body lift and 37s, it’s hard to keep up maintenance and is difficult to work on but Jerry handled the job awesome and was able to get my truck perfectly restored. I will continue to take my vehicles here. He is great with pricing and does an amazing job. Very honest man.
