This shop right here is a blessing! My mom, fur baby and myself were traveling in east Texas looking for a new place to live and we broke down in an unfamiliar Town called Commerce at 1pm in the afternoon. We are from Grand Prairie and had no idea where we were. Lol! Without knowing anything that was wrong with my truck and not knowing how long it was going to take to get fixed or get a tow somewhere. It was $600 to get it towed just from Commerce to Grand Prairie to my aunt's house (definitely not happening) or $75 to a mechanic shop around there. The tow company recommended a mechanic shop called Jenkins Garagein Greenville. So, I called them and at first they said they wouldn't be able to look and diagnose my truck until the next day and go from there. I was in complete panic mode because my 6 year old was at my aunt's wait for me and I didn't know how long it was going to really take to get it fixed or how much it was going to cost. When we arrived at the mechanic shop there was a nice gentleman who greeted us that said that he could look at the truck now and possibly get us back on the road in as little as a few hours depending on what was wrong with it. There were two ladies inside the office that were just the sweetest and allowed me to bring my fur baby inside to rest. Within 20 minutes they had answers for me!! They said it was my alternator and that he could get that part delivered to the shop and have us on the road in just a few hours with it only costing me 487.65. Saved me hundreds of dollars!! We arrived at their shop about 3:00 pm and was back on the road at 5:00 pm!! WHAT A MIRACLE!🙏🏼I truly appreciate each and every person in that shop!! Y'all are a blessing!!!

DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. I made an appointment a week in advance to get my vehicle looked at. Dropped it off Monday morning they did not start looking at it until Thursday, when they called and said everything is fine with it and they don’t know what they’re looking for. Another few days goes by they tell me all the struts are bad. I dropped off new ones the next morning. A couple days later they call and tell me I bought the wrong parts. I had to have the manufacturer call and explain that they are correct. Another week later, (we’re at 3 weeks now) I call for an update and they tell me it is impossible to get replacement sensors, they have been searching for days, there’s no way to get them I have to get all new parts. Called 2 dealerships and found the parts. Told them I was coming to get the vehicle. Upon my arrival the owner tried to give me the same Shpeel about them being the wrong parts. I told him I had the missing sensors in my car, they were exactly the right parts, and that he was an idiot. He blew a gasket and assaulted me and one of his employees came out front and threw my old parts on the ground, that I needed for core returns. I drove to another shop 3 miles away. The picture of the front strut completely loose is how I drove it there. It’s a miracle I made it. The other shop fixed it with no issues in 2 days.

They ripped me off! They overcharged me.I don’t recommend this place! Also, the mechanic left my steering wheel so dirty , i know that mechanics are greasy and dirty but they could’ve at least wiped it afterwards!

Jenkins was able to get my vehicle in quickly. They called about estimate and time within a short period of time. Since the part was going to take a couple of days to arrive we picked up the vehicle. Was able to drop it off on a Saturday. It was ready by 10 am on Monday. The staff were all friendly and nice. The price was reasonable. Highly recommend.

Great shop. They got me taken care of pretty quickly.
